Then, cook in a greased skillet over medium heat until golden brown. 

Greek Yogurt Parfait 

Greek yogurt is a good source of magnesium and protein, making it a great keto breakfast option. 

To make a Greek yogurt parfait, simply layer Greek yogurt with nuts, seeds, and berries in a jar or bowl. 

For extra magnesium, add a sprinkle of cocoa powder or pumpkin seeds.
