How to wrap your belly after pregnancy:
Start by wrapping the belly wrap around your lower abdomen, just above your pubic bone
Bring the ends of the wrap around your back and tie them in a knot
Adjust the tightness of the wrap so that it is comfortable but snug
You can wear the belly wrap for several hours at a time, or all day long, depending on your preference
Start wrapping your belly as soon as you are comfortable after childbirth
Wrap your belly for at least 6-8 weeks after childbirth, or longer if you have diastasis recti or other postpartum problems
Do not wrap your belly too tightly. The wrap should be snug but not uncomfortable
