Oil pulling is an ancient Ayurvedic practice that involves swishing oil in your mouth for 15-20 minutes to remove bacteria and toxins.

3. Swish the oil around your mouth for 15-20 minutes, forcing it through your teeth and gums. 4. Spit out the oil into the trash (do not swallow it). 5. Rinse your mouth with warm water.
